What's the cost?
 
The cost is based on where you are located.

There are three (3) people that travel for this event, therefore there would be the travel expenses for four people (flights from Atlanta or 60 cents per mile, roundtrip if driving -- anything less than four hours from Atlanta), plus modest hotel accommodations (2 rooms), and meals. The honorarium amount (which is in addition to the expenses mentioned above) is discussed with each individual church. Our goal is to "minister" to the local church. Therefore, we will try to be as flexible as possible with each church to work within your budget. Of course, as a church, you are more than welcome to receive an offering the night of the concert to help offset the cost, sell tickets and keep all the ticket sales, or make it a free event to the community. That is all up to you.

After discussing, if you decide to confirm a date, upon receipt of a deposit, a complete package will be sent via priority mail with full-color posters and other promotional items to help you promote this event.
